user frustrated by endless scrolling and

missing discounts. Wants quick recommendations

and auto-applied coupons.

Arun, 40, Professor, Bengaluru — occasional

user overwhelmed by cluttered UI. Orders for

family of 4 on Sundays. Needs simple guidance

and voice/text assistance.
